1. How to book our services?

After you send us a request form you fill up on the site you will receive an email from us within 24 hours time. More likely it will be a confirmation email with your itinerary and a separate email with the payment link. In case your request is taking longer to fulfill we will correspond with you further personally discussing the options.

3. How to cancel a tour ?

4. What is the Company's security policy?

We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We put all our efforts to protect your personal data and card information from unauthorized access.

All card payments (including the transmission of your card number) are processed using the e-payment gateway, which has completed international certification.

5. What is RUB rate of exchange?

As our company is registered in Russia we can only operate with local currency (RUB). Once you are paying online for our services the bank which emitted your card will convert the currency of your card into RUB by the bank's internal rate of exchange.
